How we use your information
We collect very minimal amount of information only to be able to ship and track orders. We do not collect or store any finanical data. We do not share any contact information with any 3rd Parties.
Shipping
We ship most items within 24 hours during business days Monday thru Friday. Please be patient as we have no control over delivery times once they are in the mail. If items get lost in the mail we will gladly re-send items. Items are shipped with a Tracking number that will be sent to the email address we have on file, please check your email (junk folder).
Loyality Program
We offer a reward to our loyal website customers. We have 4 levels, Bronze 10%, Silver 15%, Gold 20%, and Platinum 25%. You will automatically be given a discount at checkout based on how much you have spent with us during the year. The program restarts at the first of each year. Purchases totals made on eBay and the website are combined. Bronze level starts at $250, each additional $250 will get you to the next level. Once you reach a new level you will automatically start receiving that discount on all purchases. Premium items are excluded from discounts. We reserve the right to review and modify this policy.
Free Decal
If you provide a picture of your build using one of our decals and submit it for a FREE DECAL and if we use it in our display ad, we will give you a decal of the same scale and value (shipping is not included or does not count toward free shipping amount). The picture needs to be a high resolution image, 1024x768 or greater. The picture needs to be taken with a plain white or solid color background, no diorama or other props.
Shared Images
If you provide a picture of your build that are not a request for a Free Decal we have the right to use these images on our website's gallery, social media sites, or any other medium to support our product.
Replacement
Our Decal Policy is From our Printer to your Finished Project. We know sometimes you may run into trouble with a decal, rip or tear, a miscut, etc. If you mess up a decal we will replace that decal with your next order. This is a one time only replacement for the same decal on the same order Picture verification required. If you're new to applying decals or need one to test with, you can request one of our misprinted decals by making a note on your order.
